Welcome to Roadies Bike Rental (roadiesbikerental.com). By booking and renting a two-wheeler (motorcycle/scooter/scooty) or vehicle from us in Jaipur, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before finalizing your booking.

1. Rider Eligibility and Identification

• Minimum Age: The rider must be at least 18 years of age.
• Driving License: The rider must possess a valid, physical Indian Driving License (for geared or gearless two-wheelers depending on selection) or an International Driving Permit (IDP). Learner licenses are strictly not accepted.
• Security Verification: The customer must present their original Aadhaar Card / Passport at the time of vehicle pickup. A copy will be retained for security purposes.

2. Rental Period and Calculation

• 24-Hour Rental Day: Rental charges are calculated on a 24-hour basis (e.g., if you rent a bike at 10:00 AM today, it is due by 10:00 AM tomorrow).
• Late Return Policy: A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed. Delays beyond this will attract late return charges at an hourly rate or a full-day rate, depending on vehicle category.
• Extension: Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and must be requested at least 4 hours before the scheduled drop-off time.

3. Fuel and Maintenance

• Fuel Policy: Vehicles are provided on an empty-to-empty basis. The customer is responsible for refueling the vehicle according to their travel requirements. No refunds will be provided for leftover fuel.
• Daily Inspection: The rider must check engine oil, tyre pressure, and brake functionality before leaving the rental point. Any engine seizure or mechanical failures caused by low engine oil or negligence during the rental period will be the customer's financial responsibility.

4. Vehicle Damage, Accidents, and Theft

• Damage Liability: In the event of minor or major damage to the vehicle during the rental period, the customer is liable to pay the actual repair cost based on the official service center quote, along with rent for the days the vehicle is in the workshop.
• Accidents: In case of an accident, Roadies Bike Rental will not be responsible for any medical expenses, third-party liability, or physical injuries.
• Theft or Total Loss: In case of theft or total wreckage of the vehicle, the customer is responsible for compensating the market value of the vehicle.

5. Traffic Violations and Fines

• The rider is solely responsible for adhering to Indian traffic laws, including speed limits, traffic signals, and helmet mandates.
• Any traffic fines, challans, or vehicle towing charges incurred during the rental period must be fully paid by the customer.
• Helmets: One sanitized helmet is provided free of charge with each vehicle. A second helmet can be requested for a nominal charge. Wearing a helmet is mandatory under Rajasthan State Law.

6. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit may be collected upon pickup (dependent on the vehicle type).
• This deposit will be refunded in full upon safe return of the vehicle with zero damages or outstanding traffic violations.

7. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan only.
